The ultimate zingy berry smoothie bowl! Perfect as a healthy breakfast or post-workout snack, you could also prepare this the night before, keep refrigerated and take with you for a nutritious meal on-the-go.
INGREDIENTS
- 30g or 3 very heaped teaspoons Purition Strawberry
- Handful of fresh or frozen berries
- 50g Greek or coconut yoghurt
- 50ml milk/nut milk
- 20g rolled oats
- ⅓ banana
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all the ingredients to blender & blend well.
- Serve & enjoy straight away!
SWAPS & OPTIONAL EXTRAS
- Top with a few banana slices or a handful of berries.
- Swap the banana for a teaspoon or 2 of maple syrup.
- Swap Purition Strawberry for Purition Blackcurrant.
