Ingredients
- 1 small frozen banana
- 140g frozen berries
- 40g Purition - Mixed berry or Strawberry work best!
- 120ml milk of choice- Clemmie used unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Topping ideas
- Fresh berries
- Chopped nuts
- Chia seeds
- Coconut or almond flakes
Instructions
- Blend the frozen banana, berries, Purition, milk and flax seeds in a high-speed blender until thick and creamy. Add more milk if needed.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Pour into a bowl and add your toppings of choice.
- Enjoy immediately!
