Ingredients

  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 140g frozen berries
  • 40g Purition - Mixed berry or Strawberry work best!
  • 120ml milk of choice- Clemmie used unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Topping ideas

  • Fresh berries
  • Chopped nuts
  • Chia seeds
  • Coconut or almond flakes

Instructions

  1. Blend the frozen banana, berries, Purition, milk and flax seeds in a high-speed blender until thick and creamy. Add more milk if needed.
  2. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired. 
  3. Pour into a bowl and add your toppings of choice.
  4. Enjoy immediately!
