What would you like to know?

How do I prepare a soup? + -

Grab your favourite mug or bowl (travel mugs work a treat too) and simply add 250ml freshly boiled water whilst stirring well. If you like you like your soup thicker, add less water.

Please note: we avoid gums, emulsifiers and dairy to keep our ingredients as clean as can be. As a result our soups need a little more love when it comes to preparation - freshly boiled water, a whisk or a fork should do the trick! Caking is perfectly normal - this is just because we use REAL, raw veg powders and no artificial preservatives.

I have a dietary requirement, can I have these soups? + -

Yep! Every soup is gluten-free, vegan and free from all 14 major allergens.

How are these healthier than other instant soups? + -

We champion REAL whole-food ingredients (veggies, herbs and spices) which give you plenty of flavour and essential nutrients. This means we leave out any artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.

What is the shelf life of your soups? + -

By choosing to avoid emulsifiers, stabilisers, and artificial preservatives, our shelf life may be slightly shorter than others. We manufacture in small batches and our soups have a 6+ month shelf life.

We believe natural ingredients are worth it. Remember, this is a best before rather than a use by date!
