What you'll need

Main ingredients

  • 1 tin tuna (we used in olive oil)
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 celery rib, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • ¼ cup cornichons or chopped gherkins

Fresh/ frozen

  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Store cupboard

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

What to do

1. Add drained tuna and the rest of the prepared ingredients listed above into a large bowl. Mix well.

2. Enjoy right away or chill before serving. Serve in warps, lettuce wraps, or over a bed of greens.

3. Place salad in an airtight container in the fridge. The salad will keep for 3-5 days.
